Spouse (accompanying person) fee of € 99 EARLY BIRD (€ 114 after 24 April,  2025) covers:

  • Welcome Reception (subject to change);
  • National Dinner Party with variety show: + 25 Euro additional fee;
    (Children: up to 6 y.o.: 0 Euro; Children: 6-12 y.o.: + 15 Euro; Children: 12+ y.o.: + 25 Euro)
  • Closing Reception (subject to change);
  • Conference Pre/Post Field Trips;
Note: Access to the conference halls during the plenary session is not allowed!
This is a special form of participation ONLY for family members /wife or husband - with no regard to the scientific part of the event /not allowed for colleagues/.
While making your online registration, it is very important to know the exact SGEM ID of the person you are accompanying to.
FAMILY BONUS!
  • One kid (2-6 years old) is accommodated FREE of charge;
  • Up to 12 y.o. or a second kid + 30% of the parent's hotel fee.
  • More than 12 y.o. or a second kid + 80% of the parent's hotel fee.
