ABSTRACT

The article deals with the design of new technology for the treatment of thin-walled house for carrier pipe conveyor drive roller. Production on conventional machine tool is unsatisfactory because of the failure of the machine tool and the actual production inaccuracies. Conventional machine tools are being replaced by numerically controlled machines CNC OS which allow reuse through production and higher labor productivity. They were designed and compared the new CNC axes of different structures, appropriate tools, optimum cutting data. Were selected following CNC OS, three-axis horizontal machining center Pinnacle LH 500 A three-axis horizontal machining center Pinnacle LH 500 B with the added fourth axis and 5 - axis machining center Hermle C400. It was also made economic and performance evaluation of all alternatives.
