ABSTRACT

The article is devoted to one of developing directions in the area of improvement of construction properties with soil injection method fixative solution injection in soil under a lot of pressure the result of which happens to cardinally change structure massive soil and the formation of a rigid routinely inscribed in earth cover and forming along with compacted soil structure dubbed «Geocomposite». The method found wide application how for improve mechanical property of soils under new construction as well as soils bases of exploited buildings and constructions.
The article presents the main research results of the range of variation effective modulus of deformation the pinned array and him depending on the volume of the injected of a solution relative to the volume of the fixed array. Is an example of the successful application of the method of "Geocomposite" for reduce up to normative values sediment of multi-storey administrative building on sandy soil in Moscow caused by excavation next to him deep excavation for new construction. Considered the data dynamic fixed sensing zone of the soil at the base of the existing building in order to clarify the physico-mechanical characteristics of fixed soils.
