ABSTRACT
Plant products for human needs in recent years have become an international problem because of human impacts on the environment. With the presence of "Homo Sapiens" impacts on the environment were small, but with the beginning of industrialization, environmental problems began.
Mankind from greed to produce goods started to don’t take care of natural resources. When various diseases appeared in humans, animals and plants then human society began to think about the environmental monitoring from ecosystem impacts of the metal.
The emergence of various diseases in humans as malignant and benign tumors, hepatitis, tetanus parasites, malaria, viruses "Zika", H1N1 swine flu, brucellosis etc., they’re all the cause of many human and animal deaths.
Researchers think that the main causes are sanitation, urban waste, releasing various gases in the atmosphere like :( CH 4, CO 2, CO, NOx) and greenhouse effect, heavy metals in water, air and land without prior treatment of industrial activity (Pb, Zn, Ni, Cd, As, Cu). Negative contributions to the environment are uncontrolled burns of plastic masses, vehicle’s tires and so on,which have functional influence in herbal products (food production). Biological existence ensuring of humans and animals from their food products as a result of genetic changes. Bird’s exposure with heavy metals for a long time can produce harmful effects on behavior, poor immunity to various diseases.
