ABSTRACT
The paper presents the main steps of a technological reconditioning process by coating welding that appear substances and polluting by-products. With an original stand to make determinations on pollutants occurring during the reconditioning process by coating the pieces. Calculate the coefficient of pollution and proposed are several methods for preventing and reducing the environmental impact of the process used primarily to repair pieces of vehicles. Experimental research conducted and the results lead to a substantial reduction of pollution produced by reconditioning compared to pollution from realize new pieces.
