ABSTRACT
The majority of welding processes have a major impact on the environment and pollution is by no means negligible. The paper presents an assessment procedure to prevent welding processes due to sources of information needed for testing, the main barriers preventing pollution and functions of technical progress in preventing and reducing environmental pollution. It then proposes a method to reduce pollution filters using ultrasonic and presented a filter ultrasonic working on an "ultrasonic agglomeration", enabling and retaining particles smaller than 2.0 μm, and on an "ultrasonic shaking," enabling lifetime of more than a conventional filter. Ultrasonic filter is constructed in such a way as to work in the resonance mod.
