ABSTRACT
An artificial reservoir is a highly unstable ecosystem. The main purpose of the comprehensive ecological monitoring is integral estimation and prediction of the state of all ecosystem parts taking into account options of water use and water consumption, anthropogenic load and climatic shifts. Modern researchers have great variety of methods of statistical and analytical processing and data mining. But all this technologies are useful for well-structured, preprocessed and verified data. Nowadays authors have collected wide actual material about Krasnoyarsk reservoir functioning – one of the biggest reservoirs in the world. The conceptual and relational schemes of database to store spatial temporal facts about the Krasnoyarsk reservoir operation are represented in the paper. Current research results allow us to integrate collected data into a miscellaneous informational space for inferring the comprehensive analytical model of artificial reservoir ecology.
