FUNCTIONAL CONNECTIONS BETWEEN THE LOGISTICS SYSTEM AND THE SYSTEM OF PRODUCTION

ABSTRACT

In this paper is presented the functional connection of these systems and subsystems which involve the use of several concepts such as the principle of Swedish materials Resource Management, Total Productive Maintenance that are related to productivity improvement and Total Quality Management, Excellence Industrial that are related to improvement and quality control. All enterprises want an increase in productivity, for this reason each company must to take into account: sources of which available, competitors and the conditions information of which available. The purpose of this paper is to define the intermediate state of machinery and equipment production, to identify incoming flows needed for the products that meet customer requirements using the proper subsystem logistics of production. Logistics, in this way, aims at integrating movement control flows in an enterprise strategy, conditioning: Increased productivity, control costs and increase production quality.
