RELIABILITY ANALYSIS EQUIPMENT FOR CUTTING AND TRANSPORTATION IN CASE OF A MINING FLUX TECHNOLOGY

ABSTRACT
The technological flux subjected to pursuit working behavior consist of a cutting shearer KWB-3RDU, one chain conveyors TR-7A, two chain conveyors TR-5 and seven belt conveyors TMB-1000. On the basis of result in pursuit of equipment behavior were able to determine the frequency of failures and weight of repair times for each unit of flux and also nature of failures. Pareto diagrams which showing the frequency and weight repair time depending on the cause permit to obtain important conclusions regarding which equipment are less reliable and the equipment which present large weight repair times and also an analysis of the nature equipment failures flux components. It finds that from equipment of the technological flux, the least reliable is the chain conveyor TR-7A. The same equipment presents the largest weight repair times. Regarding the nature of failures finds that the highest percentage of the frequency of failures and the weight repair times were those of mechanical nature.
