A SURVEY CONCERNING ON NUTRITIONAL EDUCATION AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY OF UNDERGRADUATES

ABSTRACT
Nowadays the young adults are catches in a vortex of activities which prevent them from having healthy habits. Most of the young persons don’t really understand the role of fruits and vegetables consumer, because they are under a bad influence of parental and other psychosocial influences (friends, media, and colleagues). The survey measured the food healthy habits, the frequencies of physical activities which help them to maintain a good shape and to increase welfare of students majoring in Cadastre and Terrestrial Measurement and Environmental Protection, engaged in sport classes. Also they were asked about the reasons which hinder them, to take the responsibility for a healthy life and there were evaluated the customs relating to cigarette smoking, age at initiation and tobacco addiction. The aim of the research was to analyse the level of knowledge relating to good habits, the level of self-knowledge and the aspects of parental and other psychosocial influences, in order to help them to beware about personal responsibility for their health and life, and to develop special programs for nutritional and physical education.
