STUDYING EFFECTIVENESS DEMULSIFIERS BY METHOD OF OPTICAL MICROSCOPY

ABSTRACT
This paper presents research results of oil-water emulsions with different concentrations of water in oil, and the impact demulsifier on the process of dehydration emulsions. Using experimental study of the internal structure of oil-water emulsions possible to determine: the shape size, structure, and the relative amount of globules of water. According to the research were constructed graphs characterizing the change in the internal structure of oil-water emulsions. They find their visual confirmation on micrographs. Describes the main methods used in the destruction of oil-water emulsions described in the literature, in particular pipeline de-emulsification. In practice, the destruction of the emulsion is preferably carried out, providing the water content in oil is close to 40% - 50%. Emulsion these water concentrations are highest efficiencies demulsification.
