ABSTRACT
This paper is dedicated to international forms of collaborationin the framework of
research and education projects focusing on the study of Arctic region. The largest and most stable the Russian-German modern projects are followings: “Otto
SchmidtLaboratory of polar and marine research” at Arctic and Antarctic Research
Institute (St.Petersburg); joint master programme “Polar and marine studies – POMOR” at Saint Petersburg State University; “Laptev Sea system” research programme; project of polar research laboratory implemented at SPbSU.
