ABSTRACT
In the complex process of preparation for life, for the full social integration, the
professional training plays an important role. In this regard, in the dynamic structure of higher education, for an effort of thought, knowledge and communication, the
specialized training requires the practical application of the acquired knowledge, linking the theory to practice, that is to say the convergence of the professional training of students with the labor market. Therefore, through the careful organization of practical training and the development of partnerships between universities and the labor markets, it is ensured the important role of professional practice of facilitator of
transition from school to working life.
