In this paper, the work of the research team at the Department of Humanities and the
Department of Manufacturing Management within the Cultural and Educational Grant
Agency and the project “Application of e-learning in foreign language teaching at the
Faculty of Manufacturing Technologies” is evaluated. The main objective of the project is to develop the concept of foreign language learning through the implementation of the Common European Framework of Reference for languages (English, German, Russian) especially in teaching technical language and by using e-learning as a complementary form of teaching. Another target of the activities of the project team is to prepare a methodology and appropriate study materials for specialized technical language in the context of foreign language courses and foreign languages in technical practice.
