ABSTARCT

The specifics of committing the criminal responsibility regarding the environmental protection is determined by the nature of the object protected by the law, whose reaching is brought by the accomplished crime. For actually contributing to the environmental protection, the criminal law should adapt and make proportional the punishments and the ecological damage, it should institute specific repressive measures which should not be mistaken by the offense repression and it should complete the civil or administrative stipulations of the special regulations.
