ABSTRACT

In Environmental Law, administrative liability offenses, as administrative responsibility, occurs when acts of environmental degradation is a less danger, being included in the category of offenses by law or other regulations. Recourse to administrative sanctions is very important in the fight against pollution and environmental damage.
Ecological offense is the offense committed with guilt, less socially harmful than the crime, which affect the environment. One can talk about the existence of environmental offenses if the offense is punishable under Environmental Law.
