ABSTRACT

This paper mentions the model of using the modern 3D-GIS technology to establish a
practicable underground space resources quantitative evaluation system involving the
relative technologies and the methods. Taking the central district of Beijing City in
China as an example, this model was proved effectively to analysis the quantity of
potential underground space resources for the long-term urban development in the
magic-cities.
