BANK TRANSFER DETAILS
In order to participate at the SGEM International Scientific GeoConference, every volunteer must Register himself online and then from the USER Payment Data section to request for an invoice for BANK PAYMENT.
Then e-mail response containing the respective invoice-proform will be send automatically to the participant's e-mail.
After making the bank payment transfer, you are kindly asked to send a copy from the bank document by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or fax +359 2 4051 865.
When we receive a confirmation from our bank office that the transfer has been finalized correctly, the final invoice will be generated and attached (for downloading) to the participant's profile in PDF format. If you are going to come at the conference venue, you will receive the hard copy of the final invoice from the Registration Desk. Otherwise, the document will be sent to you by post during the immediate post-Conference period July-August of the current year.
